The Most Popular Marvel Characters

“Captain America: Brave New World” did better than expected when it hit theaters this past weekend.  But Sam Wilson, the new Captain, only came in 30th in a poll to determine the most popular Marvel characters.

Here’s the Top 20:

This list goes to 178, and there’s one GLARING omission.  Wolverine doesn’t appear ANYWHERE on it.

For the record, this list is ONLY for characters in the official Marvel Cinematic Universe.  But “Deadpool and Wolverine” WAS an official MCU movie . . . which is how Deadpool ended up on the list.

If there’s some reason you can think of why Wolverine would be excluded, even while Deadpool isn’t, please let us know.  Because we would have expected him to be near the top.
