Shaboozey’s “Tipsy” Has Now Spent More Weeks at #1 on the Billboard Radio Songs Chart Than Any Song in History

Shaboozey’s earworm, “A Bar Song (Tipsy)”, has now spent more weeks at #1 on the Billboard Radio Songs Chart than any other song in HISTORY.

It has now been #1 for a 27th week.  It beat out The Weeknd’s song “Blinding Lights” for the honor.  Which is another song that’s impossible to get out of your head.

Here are some other records Shaboozey’s hit song has made:

1.  It topped the Country Airplay chart for seven consecutive weeks back in August, which was the longest streak ever for a debut single.

2.  It also made more history on the Country Airplay chart, as it continues to stay in the Top 10 for a record-extending 31st week.

3.  “Tipsy” is also the first song ever to break into the Top 5 on the Country Airplay chart, Pop Airplay chart, AND the Adult Pop Airplay chart.

This just goes to show what a crossover success “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” has been.   His new song “Good News” has been doing well, but it’s gotta be impossible to follow up the massive success of “Tipsy”.
