    TikTok is obsessed with a character named Tally the Elf from Disney World’s Christmas parade.  It’s just a guy in an elf suit, who’s great at his job . . . which is walking around telling people if they’re on Santa’s “naughty” or “nice” list.  When it’s an adult, it’s usually naughty.
