Is Your Job Actually Meaningful?

62% of Americans say their job has real meaning. The other 38%? Just here for the paycheck, the coffee, and counting down to Friday. ☕📅

We wonder if these answers would change if they asked the question on a Monday . . .

Would you say your job has a meaningful impact on the world?  Or is it totally pointless?  Just a means to an end.

A new poll found most Americans DO feel like their job has meaning.  62% said yes . . . 18% aren’t sure . . . and 20% feel like they’re just keeping a chair warm.

College grads were a little more likely to think their job does make a difference.  So were people with classic “office” jobs that involve meetings and emails.

If your job doesn’t involve those two things, there’s a 31% chance you feel like you’re just spinning your wheels to earn a paycheck.

Scott and Sadie

Meet Scott and Sadie: the anti-heroes of morning radio turned podcast renegades. Scott’s 40 years in broadcasting have left him fluent in snark, while Sadie’s nepotistic origins (thanks, Mom!) brought the unfiltered charm that made them a Northern Colorado favorite. After corporate radio ghosted them harder than a bad Tinder date, the duo ditched FCC babysitters and went full rogue. Now, they’re back with a podcast that’s equal parts wit, sarcasm, and a big middle finger to mediocrity. Loyal fans, curious newcomers, or algorithm strays—welcome to the chaos.
