Why Dancing Is the Ultimate Stress-Buster

Dancing is a fun, powerful stress reliever that combines music, movement, rhythm, and socialization for maximum relaxation.

Running or hitting the gym is a great way to relieve stress.  But an activity you might find more FUN could be even better.

A new study found DANCING might be the best way to relieve stress, because it combines four different natural stress relievers . . . music, rhythm, movement, and socialization.

Any of those things on their own can help with stress and anxiety.  But combining them is even better.

Dancing to music at home, or even in your seat while listening to the RADIO can help.  Dance-based exercise routines are also a good call.

But it’s even better when you can dance with other people and there’s physical contact involved.  So go out and cut a rug this weekend.  It might help you relax.

Meet Scott and Sadie: the anti-heroes of morning radio turned podcast renegades. Scott’s 40 years in broadcasting have left him fluent in snark, while Sadie’s nepotistic origins (thanks, Mom!) brought the unfiltered charm that made them a Northern Colorado favorite. After corporate radio ghosted them harder than a bad Tinder date, the duo ditched FCC babysitters and went full rogue. Now, they’re back with a podcast that’s equal parts wit, sarcasm, and a big middle finger to mediocrity. Loyal fans, curious newcomers, or algorithm strays—welcome to the chaos.
