Snarkless: The ‘Stranded’ Space Station Astronauts Are Finally Home

A toddler saves his great-grandma, astronauts return after 9 months, and a doggy daycare bus goes viral—all in today’s Snarkless! 🐶🚀❤️

Snarkless – Because even we need a break from the madness. Once a day, we swallow our sarcasm (it burns, honestly) and deliver three legitimately good news stories—no cynicism, no side-eye, just pure, unfiltered positivity. It’s weird for us too, but hey, even the apocalypse deserves a little sunshine.

Here are a few more Snarkless stories making the rounds . . .

1.  A woman who drives a doggy day care bus in Wisconsin posted a St. Patrick’s Day video that’s blowing up.  She put green hats and bows on all the dogs, around 20 of them.

A dog named Aspen was also turning two, so everyone got a hunk of cheese.  The woman’s business is called K9 Konvoy.  She says it’s the best job she’s ever had.  Here’s the video.

2.  A three-year-old in Colorado saved his great-grandma after she fell last month and hit her head.  It happened next to some steps outside her home, and her phone was in the car.  So she told him to be brave and go get it for her.

He was scared because it was dark out, but he came through.  There’s security cam footage, and you can hear him tell himself, “Don’t be afraid.”

“Good Morning America” talked to them the other day.  She ended up with a concussion and 22 staples in her head, but she’ll be okay.  Here’s the video.

3.  “Stranded” Space Station astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore finally came home yesterday.  They splashed down off the coast of Florida around 6:00 P.M. Eastern.

They went up on Boeing’s Starliner capsule last June, and were supposed to be there eight days.  But the ship’s thrusters malfunctioned, so they couldn’t come home on it.  They ended up hanging out in space for nine months, or more than 280 days.

That’s a long time, but not the record.  Astronaut Frank Rubio was up there for 371 straight days in 2022 and 2023.  A Russian cosmonaut holds the overall record, 437 straight days.

CNN has a list of how that much time in space affects your body.  Your face puffs up . . . your muscles and bones deteriorate . . . and your vision gets blurry as your eyeballs start to flatten from fluid build-up.

Meet Scott and Sadie: the anti-heroes of morning radio turned podcast renegades. Scott’s 40 years in broadcasting have left him fluent in snark, while Sadie’s nepotistic origins (thanks, Mom!) brought the unfiltered charm that made them a Northern Colorado favorite. After corporate radio ghosted them harder than a bad Tinder date, the duo ditched FCC babysitters and went full rogue. Now, they’re back with a podcast that’s equal parts wit, sarcasm, and a big middle finger to mediocrity. Loyal fans, curious newcomers, or algorithm strays—welcome to the chaos.
