Beach Body Hack? Nutritionist Says Eat Like a Baby

Want to slim down for summer? A nutritionist says the secret might be eating like a baby—minus the pureed peas and strained carrots.

If you’re trying to lose weight for beach season, you might want to go back to your roots:  A nutritionist named Nicolette Pace is going viral for this diet advice:  Try eating like a BABY.  (???)

She doesn’t mean eat baby food or drink formula.  It’s all about HOW babies eat, and how they DON’T eat.  Here are the three things you need to do . . .

1.  Eat every two to four hours.  They obviously have to be smaller meals.  And you can’t just eat whatever you want.  Normal healthy-eating rules still apply.  Go heavy on fruits, veggies, and whole grains.  And in general, avoid meat.

2.  Take your time.  Eating slowly gives your brain time to register the fact that you’re feeling full.  So go slow and chew every bite.  Babies usually feed for 15 to 30 minutes.

3.  Avoid mindless munching.  Babies don’t do it because they can’t.  For adults, it takes will power.  But just pay closer attention to WHY you’re eating.  Are you actually hungry, or just bored?

Meet Scott and Sadie: the anti-heroes of morning radio turned podcast renegades. Scott’s 40 years in broadcasting have left him fluent in snark, while Sadie’s nepotistic origins (thanks, Mom!) brought the unfiltered charm that made them a Northern Colorado favorite. After corporate radio ghosted them harder than a bad Tinder date, the duo ditched FCC babysitters and went full rogue. Now, they’re back with a podcast that’s equal parts wit, sarcasm, and a big middle finger to mediocrity. Loyal fans, curious newcomers, or algorithm strays—welcome to the chaos.
