Scott and SadieToday is a historic day. “The Price Is Right” is airing its 10,000th episode. To mark that milestone, they’re giving away $90,000 in cash and prizes.
In a teaser for the episode, announcer George Gray shows off a huge multi-layered cake that pays tribute to some of the show’s most popular games.
He and Drew Carey also reveal that over the course of the show, 75,000 people have been called to “Come on down” . . . and contestants have walked away with more than $300 million in cash and prizes.
Drew says hosting the show has been, quote, “one of the best experiences in my professional life. No matter how my day is, as soon as I get to ‘The Price Is Right’ and walk through the door, it all goes away. It’s just vibing all day!”
