Celebrities Whose Big Mouths Have Affected Their Careers

Some celebrities just can’t keep their mouths shut—and it’s cost them big time. From Megan Fox to Charlie Sheen, here are stars whose words got them fired or blacklisted in Hollywood.

Have you ever run your mouth a little too much?  You might have something in common with this list of celebrities whose big mouths have affected their careers:

1.  Chappell Roan:  She jokes she’d be more successful if she wore a muzzle.  She’s known for sharing her thoughts on politics and fame, including yelling at a photographer at MTV’s 2024 “VMAs”.

2.  Megan Fox:  In 2009 she compared “Transformers” director Michael Bay to Hitler and Napoleon.  It got her fired from the franchise by Steven Spielberg.  She says it was the lowest point in her career, but led to personal growth.

3.  Isaiah Washington:  He called a “Grey’s Anatomy” co-star an anti-gay slur on the set, and again backstage at the 2007 “Golden Globes”.  It got him fired from the show, and he stepped away from acting.

4.  Katherine Heigl:  She got branded as “difficult” to work with after she called her “Grey’s Anatomy” schedule “cruel” and “mean,” and said that “Knocked Up” portrayed women in a sexist way.

5.  Roseanne Barr:  In 2018, she posted a racist Tweet about a member of the Obama Administration.  ABC immediately booted her from the “Roseanne” reboot.

6.  Mo’Nique:  She refused to promote “Precious” without compensation.  It ruined her relationship with producers Oprah and Tyler Perry.

7.  Charlie Sheen:  He was fired from “Two and a Half Men” after his drug-fueled . . . but let’s be honest, HIGHLY ENTERTAINING . . . outbursts.  You know, his catchphrase “winning” and all that tiger blood talk.

Scott and Sadie

Meet Scott and Sadie: the anti-heroes of morning radio turned podcast renegades. Scott’s 40 years in broadcasting have left him fluent in snark, while Sadie’s nepotistic origins (thanks, Mom!) brought the unfiltered charm that made them a Northern Colorado favorite. After corporate radio ghosted them harder than a bad Tinder date, the duo ditched FCC babysitters and went full rogue. Now, they’re back with a podcast that’s equal parts wit, sarcasm, and a big middle finger to mediocrity. Loyal fans, curious newcomers, or algorithm strays—welcome to the chaos.
