Scott and SadiePeople online are up in arms after a tattoo artist in Yuma, Arizona gave a nine-year-old girl a tattoo. It’s legal for kids in Arizona with their parents’ consent.
It happened last year, apparently, but he just posted the video. He said she came in with her parents asking for a NECK tattoo of Donald Trump. But he talked her into getting an American flag tattoo on her arm.
He told her he’d do the Trump one if she still wanted it in a year. She recently came back when the year was up, but didn’t want it anymore. She just wanted the flag touched up.
